PITTSBURGH, Pa. - April 27, 2022 - Chatham Women's Lacrosse hosted Thiel this evening in a PAC matchup. Both teams came into the affair with 3-3 conference records, but the fourth win on the season would unfortunately go to Thiel after a 16-7 victory in their favor.
Thiel would score the first goal of the game but it was quickly negated by a Brielle Rapsas free position goal. Thiel would score two straight, but Chatham would tie the game at three before the quarter expired thanks to goals by Bailey Donofrio and Jordyn Gutshall.
Avery Redd would also find the back of the net on free position shot, giving the Cougars their first and only lead of the night. Six additional Tomcat goals would give them the go-ahead lead, but not without another goal for the Cougars supplied by Rapsas once more.

Thiel would shut the Cougar offense down in the fourth while scoring four more goals of their own.
