PITTSBURGH, Pa. - November 22, 2022 - Chatham Men's Basketball beat Geneva 91-75 at home Tuesday night to improve to 2-2 on the season. The Cougars start 2-0 in conference play for the second straight season.

Marcos Cintron each topped 20 points, with 23 and 22 respectively. Boyer was 8-16 from the field and 5-6 from three-point range. Sophomore guard
Blaine Gartley led the team in rebounds (9), assists (7) and steals (3) and added eight points.
Geneva opened the game on an 8-0 run, but Chatham immediately countered with a 19-2 run and took a 41-32 lead into the break. The Cougars led by 14 with 17:59 to play, but the Golden Tornadoes went on a 17-3 run to tie the game. However, the Cougars netted five three-pointers in the final 11 minutes and pulled away.
The Cougars shot 34-67 (50.7%) from the field and 12-23 (52.2%) from beyond the arc during the game while holding the Golden Tornadoes to 3-19 shooting (15.8%) on threes. Geneva won the rebound battle 42-41, while the Cougars won the turnover battle 10-9.
Men's Basketball will be back in action on Saturday at 2 PM at Juniata.
