BEAVER FALLS, Pa - October 22, 2022 - Chatham Women's Soccer pulled out a 3-2 road win against Geneva Saturday afternoon. With the victory, Chatham is now 9-3-3 overall and 5-1-3 in conference play.
The Cougars held a narrow 5-4 advantage on shots on goal, but dominated in corner kicks 11-2.
After falling behind 1-0, the Cougars tied the match in the 32nd minute when sophomore midfielder
Ava Krepp scored her second goal of the season.
Graduate forward
Morgan Anderson then scored to take the lead twice in a span of four minutes to propel the Cougars to victory. Anderson's goals were assisted by first year forward
Ainsley Smith and first year defender
Payton Massey.
Anderson led the Cougars with three shots on goal. She has now scored 16 times on the season.
Women's Soccer will wrap up the regular season at home Tuesday against Saint Vincent.
