WASHINGTON, Pa. - March 27, 2021 - Women's Soccer defeated PAC foe Washington and Jefferson College this afternoon 2-0. The win marks Chatham's third of the season, all of which have been shutouts.

Junior Paxton Steffy scored an unassisted goal just 15 minutes into the game, which would end up being enough to lift the Cougars over the Presidents. The goal was Steffy's first of the season.

The game saw solid full-field play from both teams, each side finishing with nine shots on goal. Sophomore goalkeeper Tyler Colburn was flawless in the win, stopping all nine shots that came her way.

In the second half, Morgan Anderson netted her fourth of the season with assists to both Cassidy Martin and Olivia Wood.

Anderson led the Cougar offense with a game-high three shots on goal, followed by Emily Harvey with two.

The Cougars have a quick turnaround with their next game taking place on Tuesday, March 30th at 4:30 PM when they host Geneva at UPMC Graham Field.
