Chatham plays to 1-1 double overtime draw at Penn State Altoona

ALTOONA, PA - September 25th, 2019 - The Chatham University men's soccer team competed with Penn State Altoona in a non-conference match-up this evening. The Cougars and Lions ended the game 1-1 after double overtime.

FOR THE RECORD
Chatham's record sets to 3-4-1 overall while Penn State Altoona moves to 3-6-1. Last year the Lions finished 3-12 overall and 3-6 in the AMCC. 

ON TO THE NEXT ONE
PAC action kicks off September 28th when Chatham hosts Waynesburg at Ellis Field. Game time is set for 3:30 pm. 

MATCH NOTES
Wyatt Cory was in the net for the Cougars recording three saves, including one PK save. Ryan Tahbaz led Chatham with four shots and three shots on goal. Leandro Nasso scored the sole Cougar goal in the 41st minute from 30 yards out. Chatham held a 9-5 shot on goal edge over Penn State Altoona and forced eight corner kicks.
