PITTSBURGH, PA - September 21st, 2019 - The Chatham University men's soccer team took the field against Juniata College this afternoon in a hot non-conference match-up. The Cougars fell to the Eagles 5-1.

Chatham's record sets to 3-4 overall while Juniata's improves to 5-4. Juniata's record last year was 4-12-2.

The Cougars travel to Penn State Altoona on Wednesday, September 25th to face the Lions in another non-conference game. PAC action kicks off September 28th against Waynesburg at Ellis Field.
THE FIRST 70 MINUTES
The two teams were back and forth for the first 70 minutes, with both teams struggling to find the back of the net. In the first half alone, the teams combined for 21 shots and just one goal. Juniata scored in the 34th minute to put the Eagles on the board. The Cougars would get a goal early in the second half.

In the last 20 minutes, five goals were scored. Juniata picked up four goals to Chatham's one.
