PITTSBURGH, Pa. – MARCH 23rd, 2019 – Chatham University fell to the undefeated Hood College 10-5 this afternoon. The Cougars move to 5-3, while the Blazers improve to 7-0.
 
THE SHORT STORY
Hood started off strong with four unanswered goals in the first quarter. Kyle Rullan netted the first Cougar goal at the start of the second quarter. The Blazers answered back with two goals to finish off the first half. The third quarter saw three Hood goals and one Chatham goal. In the fourth quarter, the Cougars rallied for three goals, only allowing one Blazer goal. 

KEY COUGARS
Kyle Rullan led the Cougars attack with two goals and one assist. Rullan added three ground balls. Jake Brown registered one goal and three ground balls. Robert Hedlund netted one goal. Dillon Dugan picked up one goal and one assist. Quentin Clarke grabbed a team-high seven ground balls. Alec Vissotski went 9-for-15 in the face-off X, with six ground balls. Ryan Dobson led the defense with five caused turnovers and four ground balls. Ben Neal recorded two caused turnovers and two ground balls. Shane Gaglione was in the net for the Cougars, recording 13 saves.
