PITTSBURGH, Pa. – FEBRUARY 23rd, 2019 – Chatham dominated Heidelberg 19-8 this evening. 11 different Cougars scored in the victory.
THE SHORT STORY
The first quarter was saw three goals for the Cougars. The second quarter Chatham went on an 8-0 run, leading 11-0 heading into halftime. Heidelberg found the back of the net twice in the third quarter, as the Cougars added five more goals. The fourth quarter saw six Heidelberg goals and three Chatham goals.
KEY COUGARS
Alec Vissotski went 15-for-24 in the face-off X. Vissotski added one goal and seven ground balls.
Tyler Hayes,
Dillon Dugan and
Adam Bleess each scored three goals. Hayes and Dugan added one assist.
Kyle Rullan and
Anthony Galioto notched two goals a piece. Rullan picked up three assists. Galioto chipped in one assist, four ground balls and two caused turnovers.
Ben Neal found the back of the net once, plus five ground balls and two caused turnovers.
Michael Porreca recorded one goal and two assists.
Will Petraglia netted one goal with two ground balls.
Robert Hedlund notched one goal and two assists.
Kyle Prewitt scored one goal for the Cougars.
Austin Young,
Jacob Sivley and
Morgan Wyville picked up three ground balls each. Wyville added two caused turnovers.
Shane Gaglione started in net for Chatham. Gaglione played 30 minutes where he made four saves with zero goals against.
Cameron Smith played just over 27 minutes for the Coguars, recording seven saves.
