PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Nov. 16, 2019 – The Cougars fought hard but couldn't secure the victory against Wilkes with a score of 6-4.
RECORDS: With the loss, Chatham falls to 1-5-0 (1-2-0 UCHC) while Wilkes improves to 4-1-0 (4-0-0 UCHC).

SCORING SUMMARY: Chatham scored the first goal of the matchup from
Eric Hildebrand.
Wilkes scored about ten minutes into the first period, tying the score 1-1.
Wilkes then scored a minute later on a power-play going into the second period ahead 2-1.
Chatham scored the first goal in the second period thanks to
Lucas Rothe with an assist from
Niko Moulakelis.
Wilkes scored three goals in the second period, minutes apart making the score 5-2 heading into the third.
The Cougars scored just twenty-two seconds into the third period making the score 5-3 from Moulakelis.
Chatham pulled their goalie with minutes to spare and Wilkes took advantage as they scored an empty-net goal making the score 6-3.
Chatham didn't give up though and scored an extra attacker goal from Hildebrand making the final score 6-4.
GOALTENDING: Matt Calas suffered the loss tonight for the Cougars. Calas recorded 39 saves, including 22 in the first period and 12 in the second.
SHOTS LEADER: Hildebrand led the Cougar attack with five shots on goal.
FACE-OFFS: Cory King won a team best 12 face-offs. Hildebrand won 10 draws in the circle.
