PITTSBURGH, Pa. - October 29th, 2019 -- Chatham women's soccer (5-6-4, 3-2-2) traveled to Thiel (6-10, 1-5) to take on the Tomcats in a road conference match. The Cougars looked to get back on the winning track after losing a tough match to Westminster 1-0 on Wednesday, October 23rd.
The match saw little scoring action in the early stages of the first half. The Tomcats would be the first to strike as they would go up 1-0 going into the break.
Chatham came out roaring in the second half, as they would tie the score up 1-1 after a goal by senior Emily Nolan. The Cougars continued their stellar play throughout the second half, as they would add three more goals to their scoring total. Chatham would come out victorious on the road by a score of 4-2. Sophomore's Morgan Anderson and Kere O'Donnell and junior Genna Zeswitz would tally the Cougars other three goals.
The Cougars wrap up their regular season with senior night this Saturday, November 2nd at 12 PM against Bethany College.
