Box Score 2 MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - March 8, 2018 – After falling to New England College 15-1, the Chatham University baseball team bounced back with a 12-11 victory over Dean on Thursday evening.
RECORDS: Chatham moves to 5-3 while New England College improves to 2-3 and Dean dropping to 2-5-1.
WHAT'S NEXT: Chatham will play Valley Forge tomorrow at 3 pm.
GAME ONE: The Cougars managed just four hits against the Pilgrims as junior

Hunter Steele (Pittsburgh, Pa./Central Catholic) and
Cameron Moeller (Blacklick, Ohio/Licking Heights) managed base knocks.

Connor Paul (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle) suffered the loss, striking out five.
Junior
Devin Shumaker (Distant, Pa./Redbank Valley), senior
Austin Ferris (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin) and first-year
Ryan Greggs (Franklin, Pa./Franklin) all appeared in relief.
GAME TWO: The Cougars ripped 15 hits as sophomore
Drew Brannon (Greensburg, Pa./Central Catholic) went 3-for-6.
Steele, Silvious, Nussbaum and sophomore George Cedeno, Jr. (Passaic, N.J./Passaic) all collected two hits each.
On the hill, junior
James Bolander (Fairmont, W.V./East Fairmont) earned the start and tossed seven innings.
