Crawford’s Complete Game Leads Cougars Past Greater Allegheny 6-1

Box Score MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - March 6, 2018 – Junior right-hander Bryan Crawford (Gibsonia, Pa./Hampton) tossed a complete game and the Chatham University baseball team tallied 12 hits in Tuesday's 6-1 victory over PSU Greater Allegheny.

RECORDS: Chatham improves to 2-3 while PSU Greater Allegheny falls to 0-2.

WHAT'S NEXT: Chatham will play Valley Forge in a doubleheader starting at 6 pm on Wednesday night.

AT THE PLATE: Sophomore outfielder Drew Brannon (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield Area) finished 3-for-3 with one RBI and two runs scored.

First-year outfielder Jon Scarcella (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park), sophomore shortstop George Cedeno, Jr. (Passaic, N.J./Passaic) and senior first baseman Carmen Jasante (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) all went 2-for-3 and combined for five RBI.

ON THE MOUND: Crawford went all seven frames, scattering six hits while fanning two, needing just 87 pitches to finish the outing.
