PITTSBURGH, PA. – Oct. 20, 2018 – The Chatham University women's soccer team took down the Bearcats of Saint Vincent this afternoon. WIth the win, Chatham advances to 9-5 overall and 3-3 in PAC play.
COUGARS ON THE ATTACK
Chatham outshot Saint Vincent 27-2, including 15 shots on goal. Senior 
Julie Bruening, first-year 
Paxton Steffy and first-year 
Morgan Anderson each registered three shots on goal. 
GOOOOOAL
Anderson scored the first and game-winning goal for the Cougars at 20:35. Bruening netted the second goal in the 44th minute, assisted by senior 
Katie Sieg. Steffy connected off a corner kick from junior 
Cassandra Small for the final goal of the game.  
BACKLINE STRONG 
The Cougar defense only allowed one shot on goal in the 90 minutes. The first half saw zero Bearcat shots. Chatham held a 9-3 corner kick edge.
