Noah Drayton enters his first year as a Chatham Men's Basketball assistant coach in 2025-26. Drayton previously spent two years coaching at Erie Prep Academy and Prestige Worldwide Sports Academy in Davie, Fl. 

The Assistant Basketball Director at Tyler Hill Camp in Honesdale, Pa., Drayton also has coaching experience at the junior college level, spending time as an assistant basketball coach at Camden County College. Drayton has also served as a player development coach for a number of private clients.

Drayton played tennis for Misericordia University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2022.
