Assistant Volleyball Coach Ray Frazer joined the Cougars for his first season in 2020-21.
Ray Frazer comes to Chatham after a successful playing career at Saint Francis University. During Frazer’s time at Saint Francis, he served as both a setter and libero, helping lead the team to Division I Top-15 rankings in his senior year. Frazer’s stint at Saint Francis was marked by matches against national championship teams, including multiple upsets in favor of the Red Flash. Prior to Saint Francis, Frazer was a high school state champion and earned first-team all-state accolades.

Frazer finished his undergraduate studies with a degree in Business in 2016 and moved on to become a graduate assistant at his alma mater, earning his MBA. He aided with the men’s volleyball team during their 2018 and 2019 seasons, focusing primarily on developing the team’s setters and defensive tactics. Frazer has also played an active role in coaching club teams in his hometown of Chambersburg, Pa.
