2026: Gesner is entering her senior season.

2025: As a junior, Gesner appeared in all 25 matches for the Cougars, starting 24. She recorded a team high 233 kills, recording 776 total attacks. She recorded four assists and 21 aces adding 102 digs and 39 blocks defensively.

2024: As a sophomore, Gesner appeared in all 25 matches for the Cougars, making 17 starts. She led the Cougars with 249 kills, and recorded 39 aces. Defensively, Gesner recorded 160 digs and 18 blocks.

2023: As a freshman, Gesner appeared in 14 matches. She recorded 56 kills, 25 digs and 19 blocks. 

Awards: Gesner was named 2nd Team All-PAC in 2025 and 2024.

Prior to Chatham: Gesner attended Valley Center High School. While there, she was named the 2022 Valley Center High School Volleyball MVP, she was also named to the 1st Team All-League that year. In 2021, Gesner was named Valley League Honorable Mention.

Personal: Gesner is the daughter of Stephen and Heather Gesner.
