Head Women's Soccer Coach Betsy Warren announced the addition of Bethanie Moreschi to her staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2021.
Moreschi, a North Hills native, brings more than ten years of soccer coaching experience at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. She currently coaches at Century United FC, where she is the Director of the Stars Program, Academy Coach, and works with the 2006 Girls Gold team.
Moreschi's college coaching resume includes serving as the Interim Head Coach for Point Park University in the 2019-2020 season, as well as assisting at her alma mater, La Roche University, from 2017-2019. Prior to her college coaching stints, Moreschi was the head coach at North Hills High School from 2014-2017 and the Varsity Assistant/Head Junior Varsity Coach at Chartiers Valley High School from 2013-2014.
Moreschi's own collegiate career with La Roche precedes her. She was a standout player for the Redhawks from 2009-2012 and is still ranked as the second all-time leading scorer with 68 goals. She was a four-time Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference All-Conference Selection and was named 2021 AMCC Offensive Player of the Year.
"We are excited to add Coach Moreschi and her experience as a successful player and coach to our staff," said Warren. "She will have an immediate impact on our team's development in the attacking side of the game and bring a fresh, new perspective to our program."
