Coach Christina Zalewski enters her third year as Assistant Women’s Hockey Coach. During her time here, Christina has played an integral role in player development, recruiting and day to day operations which helped Chatham reach its first playoff appearance in school history.
A native of Canonsburg, PA, Zalewski played for Division I Northeastern University and served as an alternate captain in her senior year. During her time at Northeastern, she also served as an assistant equipment manager. In her free time, Zalewski enjoys volunteering for a variety of different organizations.
Zalewski comes to Chatham with a multitude of coaching experiences. She has served as an assistant coach at the USA Hockey Multi-District Select Hockey Camp and Kent Hockey Schools since 2015, forming practice plans and evaluating players to increase their on-ice and off-ice knowledge and skill. Zalewski now brings her expertise to Chatham, helping her players develop and improve daily.
Zalewski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2018 and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance.
