Coach Cardwell enters his first season with Chatham in 2024. He will work primarily with the Face-Off Midfield Unit & Transition Midfielders. Before Chatham, he coached for one season at Greensboro College where he helped in the Pride’s recruiting efforts as well as coaching their Face-Off Midfielders and defensive personnel.
As a player, Coach Cardwell played both lacrosse & football at Greensboro College (2019-2021). At Greensboro he made an impact in the Defensive Midfield, as well as on their face-off unit. Before Greensboro, he attended and played lacrosse at Harford Community College.
Before Harford & Greensboro, he graduated from Harve de Grace High School in Maryland.
Currently, Coach Cardwell is a Director for True Pittsburgh Lacrosse and resides locally in Pittsburgh.
