Coach Kelly enters his 3rd season at Chatham as the team’s offensive coordinator. In his 1st season as Offensive Coordinator, the Cougars averaged 13 goals & 8 assists per game, both program best totals since 2019.  He helped Tanner Marsh and Brady Rigdon have the 2nd and 3rd best point seasons in program history with 66 and 52 respectively; as well as Jacob Lubawy record 31 assists, the 2nd most in a single season at Chatham.  He helped coach 7 All-Conference players during his 1st year, with Lubawy being a 2nd Team All-PAC Midfielder, while Rigdon and Marsh picked up HM All-PAC honors at Attack.

In his second season Kelly built on this success, helping coach the Cougars offense to a program record 13 wins while averaging 15 goals per game. He helped Tanner Marsh break his previous record for points in a season with 69 and helped Ethan Rinker become the all-time points leader in program history with 154. He also helped coach 12 All-Conference players during his 2nd year, with Lubawy being a 1st  Team All-PAC midfielder and Marsh and Rinker both securing 2nd-Team All-PAC attack. 

Before Chatham, Coach Kelly was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Whittier College in 2022.  At Whittier he helped lead the Poets to an 8-5 season, while bringing in 19 recruits during the 2022 recruiting cycle.  After Whitter, Kelly was the offensive coordinator at his alma mater Cherokee Trail High School (Aurora, CO) in 2023 and coached with Team 91 Colorado. 
In his playing career, Coach Kelly was an All-State attackman at Cherokee Trail and went on to play one season at Ohio Wesleyan University (2016-17) before transferring and finishing his playing career at Whittier College (2019-2020).  At Whittier, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Masters of Arts in Education.

Currently Coach Kelly resides in Pittsburgh and works as a HCM Consultant for ADP.
