Steven “Smitty” Smith, a native of Mission, TX, comes with 6 years of experience with games in the USPHL, NAHL, CHL, and ECHL, most recently with the Jamestown Rebels of the NAHL. Steven played collegiate club hockey (ACHA D. II) at The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated in 2014 with a degree in Government.

Steven resides in Gibsonia with his fiancé Shannon and their dog, Luna Mae.
