Rochester, NY - On Monday, the United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) released its weekly awards for the week of February 2nd. Among the players recognized were Cougars forward Isabella Allsopp.
Isabella Allsopp was named UCHC Player of the Week after leading the Cougars offense in a series sweep in the weekend's home-and-home series. The Pittsburgh, PA native finished the week with 8 total points. In Friday's game, Allsoopp earned the first multi-goal game of her career and earned an assist on the game-winning goal. She ended the week with a historic performance in game two. She finished the game with 5 points, setting a career high in single-game points, including 1 goal and 4 assists. She also assisted on the game-winning goal in the second game.
Allsopp and the Cougars return to play on February 13th. They hit the road for a conference matchup with Elmira, with puck drop scheduled for 7 pm.
