PITTSBURGH – Chatham Men's Volleyball (3-5, 0-0 PAC) grabbed their third win of the season and second five-set victory over Penn State Behrend (2-7, 0-1 AMCC) in 2025 by a 3-2 (24-26, 25-21, 25-19, 20-25, 15-11) scoreline.

The Cougars'
Benjamin Shelestak tied for a match high with 18 kills and helped out defensively with 9 digs.
Logan Pack recorded 15 kills and 3 blocks for Chatham.
RJ Nagg racked up 47 assists and blocked 2 Lion attacks.
John Gasiorowski Tied for a match high with two aces and added 8 digs.
Luke Hoolahan was the Cougars' leader in digs with 13, and
Tim McCabe once again reached double digits in the kill department with 12.
Jacob Courts also blocked 3 shots and had 4 kills for Chatham. The Cougars hit .167 in the match and had a 57-49 advantage in kills and a 55-46 edge in digs. Chatham won the first 3 points of the fifth set before cruising to a 12-6 advantage in the final frame. Two kills from McCabe then helped to seal the Cougar victory.

Kyle Hoffman's 18 kills on .371 hitting led Penn State Behrend's attack, which finished the match with a .180 hitting percentage. Caden Mealy contributed for the Lions with 4 blocks, 39 assists, and 13 digs. Joseph Sciscio recorded 10 kills and 4 blocks for Penn State Behrend. Cameron Schleicher had 12 digs, and Daniel Easley had the most Lion aces with 2.

Chatham will have a 12-day break before beginning PAC play on Feb. 19 at the Athletic and Fitness Center against Hiram at 7 p.m.
