PITTSBURGH PA - The Cougars suffered defeat tonight as they faced off against Marietta. 

The action started early for the UPMC Graham crowd as Angelene Kontul opened the scoring for Marietta in the 7' minute of the game. 

Chatham would answer back later in the first half. Kaitlyn Valentic would score the only goal for the Cougars after a well executed corner kick in the 21' minute. 

Both teams would head into halftime with a goal a piece. 

The second half would prove more lucrative for Marietta as they would go on to score three more goals. Kontul would collect two more herself, completing the hat trick. With her second coming in the 57' minute and the third in the 80'. In between, Mallory Sullivan would score in minute 68'. 

The Cougars will be back on the pitch, Saturday September 21 against Muskingum at 1:00pm.
