PITTSBURGH PA - It was a big day for the Men's Soccer team as they took the win over Saint Vincent on Senior Day.
The Cougars came out hot against the Bearcats getting their first goal in the 38' minute.
Christopher Colonna would be the goal scorer, and a special one at that as he nets his first career goal as a Chatham Cougar with an assist from
Francis LaBarbera and
Xavier Johnston. The first half would finish 1-0 in the Cougar's favor.
The second half saw even more action for Chatham.
Azavier Coppin would score his 9th goal of the season, unassisted in the 53' minute.Â
The Cougars would then hold onto their 2-0 lead until Coppin got hungry for another. Coppin would put his second of the day in the back of the net in the 84' minute, making that 10 goals for Azavier on the season.
The game would end 3-0, a Cougar's win in honor of their one and only Senior,
Stephen Comeaux.
Chatham 5-2-4 in the PAC, will take on Hiram for their final regular season game on Tuesday, October 29 with kickoff set for 7:30.
