WAYNESBURG, Pa. – Chatham Women's Volleyball improved their record in PAC play to 4-1 on Saturday by defeating the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 25-18, 28-26).

Zoie Bateman had a game high 16 kills and 4 blocks for the Cougars (8-10, 4-1 PAC).
Alyssa Leskovac recorded 14 kills and 15 digs for Chatham, who trailed in the 4
th set 21-13 before winning 7 consecutive points and coming back to close out the match.
Ava Plunkard registered 42 assists, 5 aces and a career high 21 digs for the Cougars.
Paige Watson contributed 9 kills and 4 blocks, and
Annika Solfronk had 8 kills and 9 digs for Chatham. The Cougars have now won four of their first five PAC matchups for the second consecutive season.
    Paige Mortimore recorded 14 kills and 3 aces for the Yellow Jackets (4-14, 0-5 PAC). Riley Ruffley had a team high 19 digs, 21 assists and 2 blocks for Waynesburg.
    Chatham will host Geneva on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. for their next matchup.
