PITTSBURGH PA - The Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving team's took on Allegheny this afternoon.
For the Women's team,
Hannah Uhrinek won the 200-yard Freestyle with a time of 2:04.14 as well as the 200-yard Butterfly with a time of 2:22.27. Both of Uhrinek's times are ranked as first in the PAC.
Ali Cowan set a personal best for the 6-dive with 280.20 and the 11-dive with 466.35, on 1 meter. Cowan won both events and secured her qualification to regionals with her second qualifying score in two attempts.Â
On the Men's side of things,Â
Cal Hockman took three second place finishes against Allegheny. Including a 23.39 in the 50-yard freestyle and 2:11.46 in the 200-yard Backstroke.
Caleb Trainum won convincingly in the 200-yard Butterfly with a time of 2:19.72 and took two second place finishes in the 200-yard Freestyle and 200-yard Breaststroke. Caleb's 200-yard Butterfly currently ranks first in the PAC.
The Swimming and Diving teams will compete against Bethany on Saturday, October 26 at 1pm.
