PITTSBURGH, Pa. - September 7, 2022 - The Chatham Women's Soccer team earned a commanding 7-1 win over Marietta on Wednesday night at UPMC Graham Field. Cougars' graduate forward Morgan Anderson recorded a hat trick in the first half of play.

Chatham registered 11 shots on goal to Marietta's five and the Cougars had 10 corner kicks with the Pioneers earning just two.

Anderson scored the first three Cougar goals in the 4th, 22nd and 34th minutes. She ended the night with three goals and an assist.

Graduate forward Tiffany Michalek netted two goals of her own and assisted on Anderson's second score.

Freshmen Ainsley Smith and Chiara Hutch each scored the first goals of their career, with Smith scoring in the 43rd minute and Hutch in the 84th.

Women's Soccer hits the field again Saturday on the road against Oberlin College at 4:30 PM.
