OBERLIN, Ohio - September 10, 2022 - Chatham Men's Soccer fell to 1-2-1 on the season following a 2-1 road loss at the hands of Oberlin College. All three of the game's goals came between the 44th and 50th minute marks.
Oberlin scored first in the 44th minute, but the Cougars responded just 34 seconds later with freshman midfielder
Pearse Bialowas scoring his second goal of the season on an assist from junior defender
Anthony Quidachay. Oberlin regained the lead right out of halftime and never looked back.Â
Bialowas recorded both of the Cougars' shots on goal. In net, sophomore goalkeeper
Trevor Rose made nine saves, bringing his season total up to 17 in just two games.
Oberlin recorded 11 shots on goal to Chatham's two and took six corners to the Cougars' two.
Chatham Men's Soccer is back in action at UPMC Graham Field on Tuesday night against Juniata at 7 PM.
