PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - December 4, 2022 - Chatham Men's Squash completed their trip to Philadelphia this morning with a final match against the hosting Penn Quakers, currently ranked #2 in College Squash. The Cougars would fall 9-0 with five individual set wins.
Chatham's sixth and tenth spots, Abdelrahman Walid Sadek and Alejandro Cruz, both won two individual sets to force playing all five. Number five Jared Nalliah would win 11-8 in his third set.
In the three-set losses, Sebastian Antonio Vaca Sanchez recorded a team-high 24 points against Penn's Omar Hafez. Mohamed Sadek had 21, Muhammad Hassaan Raza had 18, and Abdul Malik had 16.
The Cougars are back home next Friday at 6 PM for their senior night celebration against Saint Lawrence at Shady Side Academy.
