PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - December 2, 2022 - Chatham University Men's Squash traveled to the University of Pennsylvania today for a series against #11 Rochester and #2 Penn. The Cougars would play to a close 5-4 match which ended in their favor.
Lucas Oliveira and Haidar Jafry would record the Cougars' only 3-0 sweeps as the seventh and ninth spots respectively.
Mohamed Sadek (#8) and Sebastian Antonio Vaca Sanchez (#3) would both play to 3-1 victories.
Abdelrahman Walid Sadek played to a close 3-2 victory in which all sets were won by exactly two points.
Agustin Carranza and Jared Nalliah both put forth valiant efforts, but both ultimately fell 3-2.
The victory is the Cougars' fourth of the season and extends their win streak to three. Chatham Men's Squash is back in action on Sunday at 11 AM against the hosting Penn Quakers.
