Cougars Open Up Home Play Against Point Park With A 6-3 Loss

MUNHALL, Pa. - Mar. 11, 2020 – The Chatham University Baseball Team opens up home play with a loss against Point Park 6-3. 

RECORDS: Chatham falls to 2-10 while Point Park improves to 10-3.

WHAT'S NEXT: Chatham faces Penn State Greater Allegheny in a double-header matchup at West Field Saturday, March 14th. First pitch is set for 1 PM.

AT THE PLATE: Junior Mason Akers went 2-for-4 at the plate, adding one RBI.

First-year Owen Kravetz went 1-for-3 at the plate, adding one run for the Cougars.

Senior Justin Silvious and sophomore Hunter Swartz each tallied one run.

ON THE MOUND: Junior Austin Andonisio suffered the loss for the Cougars, giving up eight hits and striking out six batters.
