RECORDS: The Cougars fall to 8-15-2 while Manhattanville improves to 16-7-3.

SCORING SUMMARY: Manhattanville scored the first goal of the contest, leading 1-0 heading into the second period.

At the four minute mark in the second period, Manhattanville scored a short handed goal increasing their lead to 2-0 over Chatham.

Chatham trails the Valiants 2-0 heading into the final period of regulation.

The Valiants scored two more goals in the first ten minutes of the third period now leading 4-0.

The Cougars answered thanks to Fiona Danahy, assisted by Brooke Almond. 

Chatham pulled their goalie to try and score another quick goal but Manhattanville scored an empty-net goal, now ahead 5-1.

The Valiants would go on to score two more goals before the end of regulation.

#1 Manhattanville defeats #4 Chatham 7-1 in the first round of playoffs.

GOALTENDING: Devon Strachan suffered the loss for the Cougars making 31 saves including 14 in the second period.

SHOTS LEADER: Sydney Collins led the Chatham attack with four shots on goal.

FACEOFFS: Holly Ackerman won a team high 10 face offs.
