PAXTON, Mass. – Nov. 29, 2019 – The Chatham University women's hockey team won a close matchup against Anna Maria on the road 4-3.
RECORDS: The Cougars improve to 3-4-1 while Anna Maria falls to 1-5-1.

SCORING SUMMARY: Anna Maria scored the first goal of the contest.
Almost ten minutes later, Chatham scored a goal tying the game 1-1 thanks to
Holly Ackerman assisted by
Grace Johnson and
Rachel Frederick.
Anna Maria scored the first goal of the second period, now pulling ahead of Chatham 2-1.
Less than two minutes later, Chatham answered back and tied the game 2-2 thanks to a short-handed goal by
Sydney Collins, assisted by
Kerry Carr.
Anna Maria scored a power-play goal, going into the third period 3-2 over the Cougars.
Collins scored the first goal of the third period, assisted by
Ashley Marchant. The Cougars tied the contest 3-3.
Collins would then score the final goal of the game, assisted by
Jennie Piotrzkowski and Carr. Collins had her first career hat trick and helped the Cougars secure the victory over Anna Maria 4-3.
GOALTENDING: Katy Reed secured the victory for the Cougars making 20 saves including 11 in the second period.
SHOTS LEADER: Collins led the Chatham attack with nine shots on goal.
