Cougars fall (3-1) to Catholic early Saturday morning

Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA. – Sept. 8, 2018 – The Chatham University women's volleyball team falls to Catholic (27-25, 16-25, 20-25, 22-25) early Saturday morning in the first matchup of the day for non-conference play in D.C.
 
WHAT'S NEXT: The Cougars will wrap-up the non-conference tournament against Wesley in D.C today. Tip-off for game two is at noon.
 
LEADING THE ATTACK: Junior outside hitter Belen Brown, senior right side hitter Katelyn Gonos and sophomore outside hitter Katherine Remy registered nine kills a piece.   
 
DISTRIBUTION LINE: Junior setter Brooke Petrillo dished a team high 23 assists. Petrillo recorded 11 digs.

BACK ROW PLAY: Freshman libero Emelia Zandier notched a team high 17 digs. Junior setter Mckenzie Bates added 16 digs.

AT THE NET: The Cougars forced 22 attacking errors by the Cardinals.
