Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA. – FEBRUARY 10th, 2018 – Chatham fell in the final minutes to Geneva 66-60.
KEY COUGARS: Ashley McClain led the Cougars with 20 points, seven rebounds and two assists. McClain shot 7-of-15 from the field and 4-of-5 at the line.
Katie Sieg tallied 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Brittani Smith chipped in nine points and six rebounds going 7-of-10 from the charity stripe.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: The Cougars led the Golden Tornadoes for almost 60% of the game but could not hold on down the stretch. The game was back and forth seeing nine lead changes and two tied scores. Chatham forced Geneva to shoot just 6% from beyond the arc. The Cougars earned 16 points off of 16 Golden Tornado turnovers. Offensive rebounds led the 12 Cougars points.
