PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Dec. 7, 2018 – The Chatham University women's hockey team was defeated 6-0 by William Smith this evening.
 
RECORDS: The Cougars drop to 3-9-0 (1-6-0 UCHC) while the Herrons improve to 9-0-0 (7-0-0 UCHC).
 
WHAT'S NEXT: Chatham and William Smith return to the ice tomorrow December 8th at 4 pm.  
 
SCORING SUMMARY: The first period saw two Herron goals. William Smith netted four goals in the second period. The third period was scoreless on both sides of the ice. 
 
GOALTENDING: Devon Strachan took the loss for the Cougars playing the first 25 minutes. Theresa Schreck came off the bench, making 24 saves in net.

SHOTS LEADER: Jillian Rowland led the team in shots, including two shots that hit the pipes. 
 
FACEOFFS: Holly Ackerman won eight draws in the face-off circle.
