RECORDS: The Cougars fall to 0-1 while the Blue Devils improve to 1-0.

SCORING SUMMARY: Chatham got on the scoreboard when sophomore forward
Daniel Cangelosi (Rockaway, NJ./New England Wolves) tallied a power play goal in the second period, assisted by sophomore captain
Chris Lutz (Curtis, Oh./Soo Eagles).
Lutz would net a powerplay goal of his own in the third period, assisted by
Tristan Simm (Surrey, BC, CA/Dryden Ice Dogs) and Cangelosi.
Chad Bell (Port NcNeill, BC, CA/Nanaimo Buccaneers) scored the final goal for the Cougars assisted by
Johan Allingmon (Ekero, Sweden/Cikiradi Hr, Eagles) and
Jason Bauer (Bethel Park, Pa./Gilmour Academy, MPHL).
Unfortunately, Fredonia led the first period 2-0, the Blue Devils then scored two goals in the second and three in the third.
GOALTENDING: First-year goalkeeper
Brian Baker (McMurray Pa./Amarillo Bulls) suffered the defeat, making 32 stops in between the pipes, 13 in the first period alone.
FACEOFFS: Sophomore forward
Eric Hildebrand (Robbinsville, NJ./East Coast Wizards) won nine draws on the night.
