Box Score PITTSBURGH, Pa. – JANUARY 31st, 2018 – Chatham takes down Grove City to snap an 11 game losing streak.
KEY PLAYERS: Alex Schoppen scored a team high 18 points, including five three-pointers. Schoppen added four rebounds and three steals.
Nasir Alexander recorded a season high 13 points going 10-for-12 from the free throw line.
Isaiah Brown tallied eight points, four rebounds and three assists.
Anthony Bomar chipped in seven rebounds, four assists and four steals.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: The Cougars went into the half with a 22-21 edge over the Wolverines. The game was back and forth seeing six lead changes and six tied scores. Chatham shot 60% from beyond the arc in the final 20 minutes giving them a final 56-48 advantage. The Cougars forced 15 turnovers for 15 points. The bench added 19 points for the team.
