Box Score GROVE CITY, PA. – DECEMBER 2nd, 2017 – The Chatham Women's Basketball team fell to the Wolverines of Grove City 79-58.
KEY COUGARS: Katie Sieg and Ashley McClain each earned double digits in the loss at Grove City. Sieg finished with 12 points while McClain tallied 11 points and five rebounds. Natalie Knab scored nine points. Olivia Barkley recorded eight points and five rebounds. Sierra Ungerman led the Cougars under the basket with 10 rebounds. Ungerman added seven points going 5-6 from the charity stripe. Maggie Soeder led the team in assists with three, adding three rebounds and six points.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: Chatham rallied in the fourth quarter to outscore Grove City 28-18. That strong final ten minutes was not enough to come back from a 31 point deficit at the end of the third quarter.
The Cougars held the Wolverines to shooting just 22% from beyond the arc. Chatham scored 13 points off of 12 forced Grove City turnovers. The bench added 11 points for the Cougars. Thanks to 14 offensive rebounds, Chatham scored 16 second chance points.

th when they host Pitt Bradford with a 6 pm tipoff.
