Box Score GROVE CITY, Pa. – DECEMBER 2nd, 2017 – The Chatham men's basketball team cut a 14 point deficit to just one point with under 90 seconds left in regulation.
KEY PLAYERS: Three Cougars scored in double figures as Chatham fell to Grove City. Isaiah Brown led the team with 14 points and two rebounds. Brown went 7-9 from the free throw line. Alex Schoppen tallied 13 points and two rebounds. Will Sandherr came off the bench to add 11 points shooting 4-4 from the charity stripe. Josh Randall chipped in seven points, while Logan Hunter and Curtis Perz added five points apiece. Anthony Bomar led the team in rebounds with seven and assists with four.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: Chatham was down 37-25 at the end of the first half. The largest lead came at 18:36 in the second half when Grove City was up 14 points. The Cougars closed the gap with 1:25 left in the game and a 58-57 score. A pair of Grove City free throws would seal the Cougars fate with a final score of 61-58.

th at home when they host Pitt Bradford at 8 pm.
