Daniel Cangelosi (Rockaway, N.J./New England Wolves) tallied the lone goal for the Chatham University men's hockey team on Friday night but the Cougars fell 4-1 at Trine in non-conference action.
RECORDS: The Cougars drop to 1-8-2 overall while the Thunder pick up their first win of the year, moving to 1-9-2 on the season.
WHAT'S NEXT: Both teams will wrap up the weekend series tomorrow, with the puck dropping at 4 pm.
SCORING SUMMARY: The Thunder tallied a goal in the first, two scores in the second and one in the third to take a 4-0 lead.
Cangelosi found the back of the net with less than three minutes in regulation to ruin the shutout bid, thanks to an assist from first-year forward
