Chatham falls to Saint Vincent

Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA. – NOVEMBER 21st, 2017 – The Chatham University Women's Basketball team fell 98-63 to the Bearcats of Saint Vincent.
 
KEY COUGARS: Three starters finishing in the double digits was not enough to get Chatham the win this evening. Katie Sieg led the Cougars with 20 points, seven rebounds and one assist. She went 7-12 from the field and 5-5 from the charity stripe. Olivia Barkley recorded 14 points and four rebounds. Barkley went 4-4 at the line. Ashley McClain tallied 13 points, five assists and three steals. McClain went 8-8 from the free throw line. Brittani Smith grabbed seven rebounds with eight points.  
 

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: The Cougars were down five after the first ten minutes of the game. Saint Vincent would grow the lead to 49-32 going into the half. After the third period, the Cougars were down 74-42.
Chatham went 12-12 from the free throw line in the second half. The bench added 16 points for the Cougars.  
 

WHAT'S NEXT: Chatham is back on the court November 29th when they host the Titans of Westminster at 6 pm.
