Box Score PITTSBURGH, Pa – NOVEMBER 18th, 2016 – The Chatham Cougars opened their home schedule in a conference match-up against the William Smith Herons. Chatham dropped the contest 4-2.

How it happened
- Sophomore Michelle Jones (Scarborough, ONT/Barrie Sharks PWHL) netted her first goal of the season in the second period, cutting the deficit to 2-1.
- Junior Cassidy Colhoun (Kincardine, ONT/Kincardine District Secondary School) also found the back of the net in the second period making it 3-2 Herons.
In the goal
- Junior goaltender Sydney Isbell (Thunder Bay, ONT/Thunder Bay Queens) played the entire game for the Cougars, allowing four goals on 25 shots.
