Chatham Drops Game To Stevenson, 1-0

Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md. - JANUARY 3, 2016 -- The Chatham Cougars (3-7, 1-5-0 ECAC West) once again gave the Stevenson Mustangs (11-0-1, 5-0-1 Colonial) all it could handle, but fell by a score of 1-0 again.

The Cougars again were unable to get one of their 22 shots past Stevenson goalie Sarah Modzelewski who went a perfect 54 of 54 on the weekend.

Chatham was also unable to capitalize on five power-play opportunities in the game and went a combined 0 for 9 on the weekend.

Sophomore goalie Sydney Isbell played another successful game stopping 29 of 30 shots by the Mustangs. The only goal scored on Isbell was in the first period by Megan Alexander.

Chatham hits the road yet again to begin a weekend series against Morrisville State in Morrisville, NY. Puck drop for game one is Friday, January 8 at 7 pm.
