Cougars Fall To Nationally Ranked Thomas More

Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA - OCTOBER 11, 2015 - The Chatham University Women's Soccer team (7-3, 1-2) traveled to Thomas More College today to take on the nationally ranked Saints in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game at noon.

The first place Thomas More Saints beat the Cougars today by a score of 7-0. Thomas More has now won 9 games in a row, and is tied with Westminster at the top of the Presdidents' Athletic Conference.Thomas More jumped on the Cougars early scoring 3 first half goals, all coming within 9 minutes of one another.

Senior Forward Olivia Huber (Woodlawn, KY/Newport Central Catholic) recorded a hat trick today to lead the way for the Saints. Thomas More out-shot Chatham 19 to 3, including 10-3 on-goal, and would win the battle in corner kicks 11-0.


The Cougars will return to action on Wednesday, October 14, when they travel to Geneva College to take on the Golden Tornadoes at 7:00 p.m.
