Chatham Clashes With W&J

Box Score WASHINGTON, Pa. – (1/31/2015) –  The Chatham University Women's basketball team traveled to Washington and Jefferson today for a PAC contest. The Cougars would slip to 5-14 on the year as they fell to the Presidents 81-52.

Junior Jesse Hinkle (Jefferson Hills, PA) scored a team high 12 points and gathered seven rebounds on the day. Guards Nikki Ingel and Megan Sieg also contributed with ten points apiece.

The Presidents opened the game with a 14-2 run to take a 40-22 halftime lead. Although the Cougars would shoot the ball better in the second half, the lead was too much to overcome.

Chatham will return to action when they host Thiel on Wednesday, February 4th at 7 PM.
