Box Score Elmira, NY. – (1/24/2015) – The Chatham University hockey lost a tough game on the road today to Elmira College, 0-5. This is the Cougars third ECAC-W loss in a row, giving them a record of 7-9 on the season.
 
Sophomore forward Jenny Jones (Kernersville, NC) had two shots on goal for Chatham, while first year defender Kasandra Petersen (Faribault, MN), sophomore forward Erika Martin (Fairbanks, AK), and first year forward Cassidy Colhoun (Kincordine, ON) each had one.
 
Martin went 5-11 on face-offs, while Jones went 8-14.  On the day, Chatham went 15-47 on face-offs against Elmira College.
 
First year goal tender Sydney Isbell (Thunder Bay, ON) faced a tough opponent today, giving up all five Elmira goals after facing 47 shots on the day. The Cougar power play took three shots on four opportunities.
 
Chatham will return to the ice for continued ECAC-W play when they face Elmira College again tomorrow Sunday January 25, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
