Box Score Pittsburgh, Pa. – (12/06/2014) – The Chatham University hockey team ends a five game skid against ECAC-West opponent William Smith College last evening with a 2-0 victory. The win brings the Cougars record to 3-5 on the season.
After two scoreless periods, Chatham scored twice in the third edging William Smith for the teams first win of the month. Junior forward

Jenny Jones (Kemersville, NC) put the contest away when she rifled a shot passed the William Smith goalie at (19:11). Jones was assisted by first year forward
Marissa Janiga (East Aurora, NY). Jones led all Cougars with 6 shots on goal, followed by first year defender
Emma McFarlane (Ottawa, ON.) who earned 5.

Megan Buchanan (Stittsville, Ont.) posted a shutout after facing 22 shots in the game. First year forward
Jordan Ramey (Cambridge, MN) went an impressive 5 for 5 on face offs won. The Cougars took 8 shots on 4 Power Play opportunities.
Chatham will be back in action when they host William Smith College in ECAC-West Conference play at the McKnight Hockey Center on Sunday December 7, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
