Box Score Greenville, Pa. – (10/29/2014) – The Chatham University soccer team played hard but lost on the road yesterday to the Tomcats of Thiel College by a score of 6-2.
Senior goalkeeper
Liz Sawyer (Saco, Me.) made 12 saves on the day, but in the first period gave up four goals to three different players.
When play resumed in the second period, sophomore forward
Skylar Benjamin (Strongsville, Oh.) would strike first for Chatham (50:35) assisted by senior midfielder
Sarah Ellis (Lawrence, Pa.). Thiel answered with two more goals in the second before first-year midfielder
Megan Sieg (Pittsburgh, Pa.) found the back of the Tomcat net for the second Cougar goal of the game (75:43) and her 11
th on the year. Sieg's goal was unassisted.

Chatham will travel to New Wilmington, Pa. on Saturday, November 1 to face Westminster College in their final game of the year at 1:00 p.m.
